Leap into Literacy offers make-up lessons as a courtesy to customers who have notified us that they cannot attend a weekly lesson.
If for any reason your child cannot attend their usual lesson time, please contact us in writing at jen@leapintoliteracy.com.au as far in advance as possible (minimum 24 hours’ notice required) to arrange a make-up time. Make-ups must be taken within the same week as the missed lesson.
A maximum of two make-up lessons may be taken per term and are subject to availability. Make-up lessons do not carry over to the next term and no credit is available for lessons missed.
Leap into Literacy reserves the right to not refund remaining lessons if a cancellation occurs during the term. If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason during a term, please contact us.
